One of the highlights of our February sailing trip into Abel Tasman National Park was the day we spent at Torrent Bay and Anchorage. Golden sand beaches, native forest, spectacular coastal views and swimming opportunities in calm, azure water feature often in Abel Tasman National Park, but Anchorage has it all. We arrived early afternoon and anchored up between several rather flash looking yachts. Before 'sundowners' we did the Pitt Head Walk via Te Pukatea Bay and Peter photographed this stunning vista from the lookout vantage on Pitt Head towards the Northern end of the Park.
