Unless otherwise stated, EarthSea Gallery Ltd is the owner or licensee of all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to this site and its contents. This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all text, graphics, logos, images and software that are included in this website.
The totals shown in your shopping cart are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Freight costs include GST, packaging, freight and insurance.
Orders delivered within New Zealand are shipped by courier and must be signed for at the time of delivery.
International orders are shipped by courier. Our quality giclee canvas and watercolour prints can be shipped to any destination in the world.
All orders will leave our premises within ten (10) working days of receiving the order. Shipping duration is five (5) to ten (10) working days from the time the order leaves us.
Giclee prints on fine art paper and canvas are sent to you rolled in tissue paper and packed into a mailing tube. All original paintings are stretched or framed, then securely packaged in bubble-wrap and heavy-duty cardboard for courier in NZ or wooden crates for shipping overseas.
All prints and paintings are insured for full replacement cost.
All online orders are processed via a secure server to protect your privacy. Our partner DPS paymentexpress is PCI compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and provides online credit card processing and is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. This means you can rest assured that the credit card details communicated to us from your browser are private and secure. Please check the security certificate to verify (method varies by browser) the secure connection to paymentexpress.
For international customers, please note that the freight calculated on this shopping cart and checkout process is an estimate. Once we receive your order along with the actual destination we will check whether the estimated freight will cover the cost. If there is a discrepency we'll contact you via email to alert you to any change. Your credit card will not be charged until we have received a confirmation from you.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, you must inform us before 9.00am the next business day.
We stand by the quality of our work and if you should be in any way unsatisfied with your print we offer a money back guarantee. The guarantee is effective on the return of your print in sale-able condition within 30 days of you having received it. In the unlikely event that your print is damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will arrange to send you a replacement.
