Anapai Bay is one of the loveliest spots in Abel Tasman National Park. Only 1.5 hours walk from Totaranui, Anapai boasts a sweeping coastline of golden sands, crystal clear waters and native kānuka forest down to the edge of the beach. We spent a gorgeous few days in early December at Totaranui before the summer crowds arrived. We walked to Separation Point via Anapai Bay and Mutton Cove. Every vista a potential painting!
